Project64

Project64 is a Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows PCs. This emulator, which recreates the Nintendo 64 platform so that games can be played on Windows, is arguably the most stable and best working Nintendo 64 emulator out on the field.

Advantages of Project64:

  • Plays most N64 ROMs.
  • Great compatibility with today's devices.
  • Easy installation and use.
  • Powerful emulation engine.

Disadvantages of Project64:
None.

System Requirements
The requirements to be able to run Project64 (version 1.6) are:
  • Intel Pentium III, 800mhz or higher;
  • 128MB RAM or more
  • DirectX 7 compatible video card
These requirements are easy to meet for any modern computer. However, for smooth gameplay, one should opt for a computer with slightly higher specifications. Due to the nature of the development of version 1.7, these specifications are almost certain to rise with its release.

Cheat Codes
The current author of the Project 64 CHT file is Gent. Version 1.6 is formatted in AR/GC whereas v1.7 has taken a slightly different route into Xplorer64 formatting. v1.7 already has an AR/GC format produced and will be available shortly to beta testers and most likely with the next public binary release. The Co-founder, Mdkcheatz, of one of Project 64's main supporter's, Emucraze, has been given authorization from Gent to produce an advanced CHT support. He has made a simple guide to help those into understand the general gist of how cheat codes work.

Example
Above is a screenshot of an emulation (Super Mario 64). The entire scene has been rendered at a much higher resolution (1920x1080) than standard (320x240), and in a different aspect ratio (16:9 vs 4:3). There is a graphical glitch in the blue background at the top left. Sprites used for the interface (the word "TIME" for example), cannot be properly scaled to a different resolution, and are displayed incorrectly (black outline). Full-scene anti-aliasing can be used, as can be seen on the diagonal lines outlining Mario's hat.

Download
For more information on Project64 and to download it, please visit http://www.pj64-emu.com/

Note: If you are planning to install a beta version of Angry German Kid vs Jovi, you don't need to download Project64. It comes with the emulator and some N64 roms, including, but not limited to, San Francisco Rush 2049, Super Mario 64 and Mario Party 3. But, feel free to download it.

Notes About David & His Jonathan

This is a pretty good story that I would like to share with you. Why? Because it envolves Starsky and Hutch.

Title: David and His Jonathan
Author: Hutchlover
Rating: R
Genre: Slash
Email: Hutchlover@sbcglobal.net
Categories: Committed Relationship, Starsky Angst, Hutch Angst
Description: Starsky dreams about another man, which affects his job performance and his relationship with Hutch.

Notes: In most upper class households of Greek, Roman, and other pre-Christian Mediterranean societies it was common to take a young man as a lover. For the young man, it was viewed as an honor to have an older, wealthier, and more world-wise man for a lover. Most upper class marriages were contracted for procreation or political advantage; while love, sexual pleasure, and in some cases creating a life together, were reserved for same sex companions/lovers.

The question of whether David and Jonathan were lovers will always be debated, with no definitive answers. However, based on verses in the Torah and the Bible, the symbolism can be interpreted to indicate a loving, sexual relationship between the two. God said “do not as the Greeks”, however, some scholars aren’t sure if God meant their multi-theistic society or their lifestyles, or both. The reader can make of it what they will…

The characters of David and Jonathan, and the basis of their story is historically correct as per 1Samuel. However, I took a few liberties with some dialog. This story is NOT meant to offend or to pretend that I am a scholar on Jewish/Christian/Greek religions. It is only a story for entertainment purposes and should not be taken literally. I love to be educated and would encourage any discussion about the meaning behind the scriptures, however, please no posts claiming I’ve corrupted or misinterpreted their religious beliefs. The Holy Bible reads different ways for everyone.

I owe tremendous thanks to Molo, Range, and Flamingo for their editing and pointers. And as always my biggest supporter was Mystic Whim who pushed and shoved me to get this story out.

The story will start very soon. It will be divided in 9 parts. Part 1 will come soon.

M&M Starsky & Hutch

Too bad we can't create M&M Cars for them to drive in. Of course, Hutch's would be a peanut in with a crack in it! And instead of the "M", Starsky would have a stripe!

M.U.G.E.N.

(Mugen is a word of Japanese origin, meaning dream, fantasy (夢幻), or infinite (無限).)
M.U.G.E.N is a freeware 2D fighting game engine designed by Elecbyte, written in C with the Allegro library.

First released on July 17, 1999, M.U.G.E.N was initially created for MS-DOS. Development of the DOS version ceased when Elecbyte switched to the Linux platform in November 2001. For a time, Elecbyte had posted a request for donations on their site to legally obtain a Windows compiler to make a Windows version of M.U.G.E.N. However, the development group discontinued the project in 2003 and shut down their site. Later speculation pointed at leaks made public of a private Windows-based M.U.G.E.N beta that was provided to donators.

The engine uses 7 buttons for gameplay along with the directional keys, in order to accommodate six-button fighters, which use three punches, three kicks, and a taunt.[6] However, characters do not necessarily use all seven buttons, nor need to follow a traditional six- or four-button format. At most, two human players can control characters, with others controlled by the engine's AI; including a demo mode where the computer controls all characters. In addition, several gameplay modes are available via the main menu.

The main mode of play is Arcade mode, where a character fights random characters as in other fighter games. There are also three different kinds of team modes: Single, Simul, and Turns. A fourth mode, Tag, is listed in the EXE along with two related script controllers, but was never used. In team mode, either side can use any of the team modes. Single is identical to not having a team, Simul gives that side a computer-controlled partner who fights simultaneously, and Turns uses a different character for each round of play, varying from a set number usually from 2 to 4 different characters in a row. If set, the characters' starting life will be adjusted according the number of players on each side. If one side has two characters and the other has only one in one of the Team modes, the side with two characters will each have half their respective normal maximum life values. Pre-WinM.U.G.E.N versions of the engine could have this feature adjusted or disabled via the options screen or the config file, but due to the nature of the hack, the option has not yet been reactivated.

Team Co-op is similar to Simul, except both human players fight on the same side at the same time.

In Survival mode, there is an endless stream of opponents, fighting them either one by one or two in a simul match. The objective is to beat as many opponents as possible, with the game ending when the player's team is defeated. The player can choose to play alone or in Simul or Turns mode, though single player mode gives the highest life and life recovered at the end of each round won. Survival mode was last addition done to the engine. As such, it is not present in any of the DOS versions of M.U.G.E.N.

Angry German Kid plays Starsky & Hutch

Angry German Kid (a.k.a. Der echte Gangster, Slikk or Leopold) is a talented actor of age 15 from Bergisches Land, Germany. He plays a character, Der echte Gangster, a parody of a wannabe gangster. This fact has often been misunderstood, and as a result he has been subject to bullying both on- and offline (e.g. school). For this very reason, he stopped making videos for almost a year in 2006.

"I am not sick or mad, I only have a sense of humor not everyone immediately understands. In addition, I have acting talent. I can do something so real that many think it is real. For this reason I will be insulted by many and hated. The aim of my videos or movies is to entertain people, not provoke. Nobody should take my short videos on the Internet seriously - they are merely for entertainment. No matter what people think or say, I am a very normal boy with acting talent."- N. K.
